    Shipping Policy

    Thank you for visiting and shopping at amsoko.com. The following are terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy. We are glad to be able to offer you fast shipping.


    Shipment Processing Time

    All orders are processed within 1-3 business day. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends and holidays.

    If we are experiencing an unexpectedly high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If by any chance, there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.


    Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

    Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery delays can occasionally occur, hence we can’t guarantee shipping times.

    Once our team processes your order within 1-3 business day, expect to receive it within 7-14 business days after purchase, depending on customs clearance. USA deliveries may be a bit quicker than the UK, Germany, Australia, and New Zealand. Some European and Asian countries may experience longer shipping times.


    Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

    You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be activated within 24 hours.


    Customs, Duties and Taxes

    Amsoko™ is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

    There are a few things to be aware of: You, the buyer, are responsible for any VAT, tariff, duty, taxes, handling fees, customs clearance charges, etc. required by your country for importing consumer goods. We do not collect this beforehand, and cannot give you an estimate of the cost - charges vary around the world. As an international consumer, please do your research to ensure there are no surprise charges when clearing your package through customs, and have an idea of what the additional cost may be. Orders may be returned for various reasons including non-payment of tariffs, incorrect address, unclaimed at the post office, etc. If a package is returned or rejected, the customer will be contacted and will be required to pay for re-shipment postage.

    If a package is returned to us due to unpaid customs, taxes or undeliverable, we will refund the cost of the product and retain the shipping charges. We will allow one free resend if the package was returned to the sender. However, if it gets sent back to us a second time, we will retain the shipping fee incurred. For a 3rd attempt, an invoice will be sent with the shipping price. (Applies to international and domestic orders)


    Damages

    We make sure to carefully check every product before it is shipped out. On the off chance that something went wrong, please contact us at helps@amsoko.com  and we will be happy to assist. If you receive damaged merchandise, please take a picture and email us the picture right away. We will only replace damaged goods within 24 hours of a ‘Delivered’ status. Please note our Refund Policy.
